You see, often times, you hear people say “I didn’t wake up
on the right side of my bed”, or you hear something like “my body is up but my
soul is still sleeping”. These phrases are usually used when things are not
going pleasantly during the course of the day’s activity.
It may go down well
today and tomorrow will be a complete opposite of its predecessor but we must
not let our guards down and bow our heads in disappointment and walking around
in helplessness. Our strength must be and is only evident and executed or
better still manifested, in our weakness. The energy we use in being angry
(which is a whole lot), must be channeled into making ourselves happy and
fulfilled. Often times, we read or hear people say things like “motivation Monday”,
“inspire yourself Thursday”, etc. and even at that, we do not abide by these
watchwords which is meant to inspire our greatness for that day and beyond. Therefore,
we must make a conscious effort to motivate ourselves for greatness, every day,
and strive to achieve our goals, cross our hurdles and defeat our fears and
setbacks. It is no doubt that we’ll fall. Fall we must, but we must not sit
back and mourn over our fall. Rather, we must rise up and stand even taller. We
must learn to inspire ourselves ALWAYS and, maximize our strength, because “the
most powerful person in your life is you”. I hope this motivates you.
Stay strong.
Stay inspired.
Keep the
fire burning and the flag flying even higher.
